This year, you can make your NDP celebration even more memorable

All Singaporeans are encouraged to celebrate NDP 2026 by organising a Majulah Moment for your organization, friends or loved ones.

Majulah Moment takes only 5 minutes, and you can suitably include it as part of your community’s NDP celebration event to make it more memorable.

Share video recordings of your organisation shouting NDP slogan “Majulah Singapura, go Beyond!” on your social media platforms, and your organisation might get a surprise shoutout from NDPeeps!

This year’s Majulah Moment can be conducted at any appropriate occasion or event to celebrate NDP 2026.  

Pre-requisite:  

  • Ensure your celebration venue has audiovisual equipment  

  • Internet access

  • Video recording device

How to organise #MajulahMoment2026 for your organisation"

  1. Leader addresses the participants

    • Explain that as part of your NDP celebration, everyone shall collectively experience a Majulah Moment:
      i. Singing of the National Anthem,
      ii. Reciting of the National Pledge,
      iii. As well as the NDP 2026’s theme — Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!

    • Inform participants that #MajulahMoment2026 will be recorded and shared online as part of NDP celebrations.  If anyone in your community has any concerns or prefers not to be recorded, that’s completely fine and can excuse themselves.  

  2. National Anthem

    • Everyone should stand at attention as a mark of respect. 

  3. National Pledge

    • Individuals taking the National Pledge should clench their right fist to the left of their chest.

  4. NDP 2026 slogan “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!”

    • Leader to rally participants in recording this segment for posting on social media. No restrictions on vertical or horizontal format.  Creativity can be exercised for this segment. That's it!

  5. Social Media

    • Post your “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!” video to your social media platforms and tag @NDPeeps as well as the following hashtags for your social media postings #MajulahMoment2026 #NDP2026 #SG61 #GoBeyond. Your organization might just get a surprise shoutout from NDPeeps!  If you like to add other Majulah Moment photos and videos as well, do add them after your “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!” video.
