Mobile Column 2025: 'Our Strength, Our People, Our Future'

A Historic Return to the Padang

The iconic Mobile Column returns to the Padang for the first time since 2019, marking a milestone celebration for SG60. This year’s Mobile Column theme, “Our Strength, Our People, Our Future,” will feature the combined strength and advanced technological capabilities of the Singapore Armed Forces, Home Team and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). This year's Mobile Column also celebrates the commitment of generations of Singaporeans to building Singapore's defence and security.

First-Ever Integrated Display: Air, Land & Sea

For the first time in NDP history, the Mobile Column will present a fully integrated display—combining an Aerial Flypast over the Padang, a dynamic Drive-past along St Andrew’s Road, and a Maritime display at Marina Bay. This multi-domain display brings together 170 assets and over 800 participants from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Home Team, and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), demonstrating the multi-domain operational capabilities of Singapore's defence and security forces.

Four Inspiring Segments

The Mobile Column unfolds in four powerful segments:

• Defending Our Nation: Witness the SAF’s cutting-edge capabilities in safeguarding Singapore’s peace, sovereignty and independence.

• Our Strength in Action: Discover how the SAF and Home Team contribute to global security and their ability to conduct a wide spectrum of operations.

• Securing Our Singapore: See the coordinated defence capabilities of the SAF and Home Team in keeping Singapore safe every day.

• From Generation to Generation: Appreciate the continued strengthening of Singapore through generational commitment to defence.

Bringing the Celebration to the Heartlands

On 10 August 2025, the Mobile Column will journey from the city centre along five routes to Heartland Celebrations sites across Singapore. This special outreach brings the excitement and pride of the Mobile Column directly to communities islandwide, allowing even more Singaporeans to enjoy the Mobile Column up close.
